At least 8 million tons of plastic end up in our oceans every year,

and make up 80% of all marine debris from surface waters to deep-sea sediments.

Marine species ingest or are entangled by plastic debris, which causes severe injuries and deaths.

 

So we have created an awareness campaign against the huge use of plastic and how it will affect us in the future as it is a fact we cannot ignore it and somehow each one of us should take an action and reduce using plastic, or this will be our seafood meal in the future!
